At Seiko USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and confirm eligibility.

Prepare the Package

Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective tags intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

Refund Processing

Once our service center inspects the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
